The wording of the quest made me think I needed to fight a 'Twilight Slaver' mob to get the key, so the wording is a little misleading. The first time I did this quest, I ran up and down the area where the blue quest area was marked on the map looking for a Twilight Slaver mob, and I saw plenty of enslaved miners, but only saw 'Elemental Overseers'. So, if you did this too, don't feel bad, you aren't alone!
The Twilight Slaver's Key is actually located in the 'Slavemaster's Coffer' in a rust tent in Deathwing's Fall (the lava area to the immediate west of and below the slave area, not in the area where the 'Enslaved Miners' actually are).
The tent is located in the Northeast side of Deathwing's Fall at 62,59.
The Twilight Slaver's Key is located inside the Slavemaster's Coffer which is found inside the tent on the left just inside the opening.
